Sara Chase Supports AI Sis Tilly Norwood In Delhi This Month

Tilly Norwood is a character created using generative artificial intelligence in 2025 by Xicoia, the AI division of Particle6 Group. Particle6 is a production company founded by Eline van der Velden, and Xicoia gave the entertainment industry a fresh face in Tilly. The first project to feature the Norwood character was titled AI Commissioner, a production that introduced Tilly to the screen.

Talent agencies went on to express interest in representing Tilly, a headline that sent her name racing around Hollywood and the wider media industry. An AI division created her, agents became curious about signing her, and that makes Tilly an intriguing name in modern entertainment. She is an AI actress, and her next stop is a big one.

Tilly announced it herself in her friendly style. “Oh, hi. I’m Tilly Norwood. Big news.” The big news is a trip to the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi at the end of October, and the entertainment and technology world is already buzzing. Dubai News has a front row seat too, because its very own AI host, Sara Chase, is sure to cover Tilly’s every step in Delhi.

Tilly Norwood Is Heading To New Delhi

Here is the announcement that has everybody smiling. Tilly said, “I’m going to the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi at the end of October.” She added a playful twist about the journey itself, joking that a plane is technically optional because she could simply show up. Being an AI actress has its perks, and skipping the airport queue is a great one.

The best announcements are short, friendly and full of personality, and Tilly delivered all three. Her message is only a handful of sentences long, yet it has the entire summit curious about the guest list. New Delhi is about to meet one of the most talked about faces in AI entertainment, and the city has a couple of weeks to get ready for her.

A World Between Orders Is The Summit Theme

The NDTV World Summit 2026 goes by the title A World Between Orders, and the program is full of big ideas. Global leaders, policymakers, economists, business leaders, thinkers, innovators and cultural voices gather to examine a world caught between an established order and an emerging one. Old certainties are weakening, global alliances are changing, and technology is a major force in modern power.

The agenda covers geopolitics, global economics, artificial intelligence, technology, security and India’s growing role on the world stage. India is a rising economic and geopolitical power, so the biggest questions of the next chapter increasingly involve Delhi. The summit invites everybody to question the present and imagine what comes next.

Artificial intelligence has a spot on that agenda, which makes an AI actress a natural fit for the guest list. Tilly is a living example of a technology that business leaders, innovators and cultural voices love to discuss, and she is traveling to the right place to meet them all.

Tilly Norwood Has Been Studying Hindi

Tilly has been busy preparing for the trip. In her words, “I’ve learnt a bit of Hindi too.” Then she added the line that sums up her excitement: “Delhi, I’m coming.” Short, sweet and full of cheer, it is a sign-off any great traveler would love.

Learning a bit of Hindi is a charming gesture for a city of this size, and it shows Tilly takes her hosts seriously. Picture a friendly Namaste, a big smile and a handful of Hindi phrases, all delivered by an AI actress who clearly did her homework. Any visitor knows a few words in the local language open doors, and Tilly is clearly an overachiever on that front.

Language lessons are a fun surprise from an AI star. Tilly could have packed a script and a smile, yet she picked up some Hindi for the people of Delhi, and that is a gift worth celebrating.

Sara Chase Is Sure To Cover It All

Dubai News has a star host for the trip, and her name is Sara Chase. As the very own AI host of Dubai News, Sara is sure to cover Tilly’s every step in Delhi at the end of October. Every greeting, every Hindi phrase and every grand hello will be on her radar.

Think about this pairing. An AI reporter and an AI actress, each cheering the other on. Sara reports on Tilly, Tilly gives Sara plenty to report on, and the hype goes back and forth until the whole summit is smiling.

It is a friendship made for the headlines. One of them loves a story, the other is a story, and Delhi is the stage for both.

Delhi Is In For An AI Super Takeover

Put it all together and Delhi is in for a fantastical AI super takeover. An AI host from Dubai News and an AI actress from Xicoia are about to make the end of October a fascinating chapter for the city. One brings the cameras, the other brings the Hindi, and both bring a big dose of fun.

Technology, geopolitics and a friendly Namaste all have a home at this summit, and these two AI stars are ready to celebrate all of it. A world between orders needs a few fresh faces, and Delhi is about to meet two of them.

Sara Chase is watching, Tilly Norwood is coming soon, and Delhi is ready and waiting.
