Dubai's homegrown rap scene is getting a stage of its own. This Saturday, June 27, 2026, The Fridge Warehouse at Alserkal Avenue launches The MVMNT, a live music series dedicated entirely to Khaleeji rap and drill. Rather than slotting regional artists into mixed-genre bills, the night puts Gulf hip-hop front and centre with four of the scene's most recognisable names.
For fans of Emirati rap and GCC drill, it is shaping up to be one of the city's most anticipated underground music moments of the summer.

74 Original
One of the UAE's biggest names in Khaleeji drill, 74 Original has racked up more than 129 million YouTube views through viral releases and collaborations with DEE PRODUCTION. His catalogue has become one of the strongest exports from the Gulf's growing rap movement.
Darky
A fixture in Dubai's independent music scene since 2016, Darky is known for pairing heavy production with emotionally driven lyricism. A recent Musivv Debut Recording Artist of the Year nomination further cemented his standing among the UAE's rising rap voices.
DiNhOoO
Known for pioneering the use of autotune in UAE hip-hop, DiNhOoO keeps evolving his sound by blending Khaleeji influences with reggaeton and contemporary rap. His work earned him a Billboard Arabia Mazzika nomination.
DJ Devils
Completing the lineup is DJ Devils, whose high-energy sets have become a staple of regional hip-hop events. Beyond keeping the crowd moving between performances, DJ Devils fuses Khaleeji drill, rap and global urban sounds into the atmosphere that defines The MVMNT.
