Million Dollar Listing UAE Season 2 has won official confirmation, bringing the hit STARZPLAY reality series back to Dubai and Abu Dhabi's high-stakes luxury property market. Produced by Image Nation Abu Dhabi in partnership with STARZPLAY, the second season expands to 12 episodes — up from the debut run — and follows five top real estate brokers navigating multimillion-dirham deals across the UAE.
Season 2 Is Officially Confirmed
Production on Season 2 got underway months before the announcement, with the series premiering exclusively on STARZPLAY on December 10, 2025, releasing two new episodes weekly. The licensing agreement with NBCUniversal Formats keeps the show within the globally recognised Million Dollar Listing franchise while spotlighting the UAE's booming property sector.
STARZPLAY CEO Maaz Sheikh said the record-breaking performance of Season 1 proved strong viewer appetite for locally produced premium content. "Season 2 will exceed all expectations through its dramatic narrative, featuring bigger transactions and remarkable personalities," Sheikh added.
Returning Cast and Exciting New Faces
Veteran broker and executive producer Ben Bandari leads the returning lineup alongside realtors Riad Gohar and Rami Wahood. Joining them this season are two new high-energy power brokers: Sarah Serhan and Mai Khaled, whose arrival shakes up the group dynamic and intensifies competition for the UAE's most coveted listings.
DAMAC and Aldar as Official Partners
Major UAE developers DAMAC and Aldar have partnered with the show, providing exclusive luxury listings and live transactions for the cameras. The tie-up deepens the series' connection to the real forces shaping Dubai and Abu Dhabi's real estate market and gives viewers a genuine look at landmark deals in progress.
From STARZPLAY to Global Audiences
Season 1 achieved record performance on STARZPLAY before expanding to Hayu and Roku networks, building an international fanbase beyond the UAE. Season 2 is positioned to extend that global reach while keeping its focus firmly on the region's most ambitious brokers and the extraordinary properties they sell.
Ben Ross, who leads Image Nation Abu Dhabi, said the show "showcases the expanding businesses of the UAE's media and property sectors" — a mission that resonates even more strongly as Dubai's luxury real estate market continues to break records.
