Organisers revealed that a recent initiative inspired more than 170,000 humanitarian and community-focused videos, generating over 100 million views in just three weeks.
The 1 Billion Followers Summit Dubai 2026 will also spotlight innovation in filmmaking, announcing the winner of an award for films created using artificial intelligence tools. More than 30,000 AI-generated films from 116 countries were submitted, with five finalists to be revealed at the event.
