Break the Block — Dubai's leading dance music festival — returns to the spectacular Al Wasl Dome at Expo City Dubai on Saturday, February 1, 2025. The night promises a full sensory experience: energetic rhythms, an immersive luminous show inside the world's largest interactive dome, and the best street food Dubai has to offer.
Bonobo Headlines Break the Block 2025
Returning to headline is Grammy-nominated British producer and DJ Bonobo (Simon Green), celebrated for his signature blend of jazz, world music, and trip-hop. Fans can expect floor-fillers from his acclaimed catalogue — including the hypnotic Kong and fan-favourite Cirrus — woven into a continuous DJ set built for Expo City's iconic dome.
JAEL and Rosey Gold Complete a Stacked Lineup
Joining Bonobo are two standout talents from Los Angeles' boundary-pushing Soulection collective. JAEL is a Dutch R&B musician and producer whose track Nancy Junglist showcases his deft fusion of beats and melody. Rosey Gold is a singer-songwriter whose South African-inspired rhythms and genre-defying sound add a soulful counterpoint to the evening's electronic pulse.
Independent artists will also perform across the night, ensuring a broad range of musical styles for every taste in the crowd.
Street Food, Visuals, and Dubai Culture
Beyond the music, Break the Block brings together some of the most popular street food vendors in Dubai, turning the event into a full cultural celebration. Expect immersive visuals and a city-culture atmosphere that has made this festival a fixture on the UAE events calendar.
