Megacampus Summit 2026 has officially been postponed due to the ongoing closure of regional airspace and the resulting disruption to international flight schedules — with new dates of September 19–20 now confirmed at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai.
Summit Postponed Under Force Majeure
The summit, originally scheduled for March 6–7, 2026 at Coca-Cola Arena, will now take place on September 19–20, 2026 under force majeure conditions.
Organisers confirmed the decision was made to ensure all 13,000 global attendees from 75 countries can travel to the UAE and fully participate in the event without disruption.
Gregory Avetov, founder and CEO of Megacampus, stated that "the safety of our participants and partners is our top priority," adding that new speakers and additional programming enhancements are planned for the rescheduled dates.
All Tickets Remain Valid for September Dates
Importantly, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled Megacampus Summit 2026, giving attendees flexibility and reassurance ahead of the September event.
Organisers expressed appreciation for the patience and understanding of participants, confirming they look forward to welcoming guests later this year for what is expected to be a successful and fully attended summit.
Further details on the confirmed September 19–20 dates and updated programme will be announced soon via the official Megacampus channels.
