The Food: Must-Try Restaurants at Taste of Dubai 2026
Taste of Dubai 2026 features 16 of Dubai's top restaurants, each offering three to five tasting-sized dishes created exclusively for the festival. The goal is discovery — trying as many flavours as possible across the weekend.

Throughout the weekend, headline celebrity chefs — including Gino D'Acampo and MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston — host live demonstrations, firepit sessions, and hands-on workshops at the Black+Decker Cook School and the Kibsons Chefs' Hub. Many sessions are free with same-day registration.
Past editions have featured culinary legends such as Marco Pierre White, Dani García, Alvin Leung, and Annabel Karmel. Other chefs announced for 2026 include Rachel Allen, Harry Heal, Jenny Morris, Fred Casagrande, and pitmasters Andrew Dickens and Joseph Nesbitt-Larking.
