Dubai's cult pizza brand 'Za 'Za is heading to Abu Dhabi, bringing its New York-style artisanal slices and buzzy slice-shop atmosphere to Al Qana — one of the capital's fastest-growing lifestyle and dining destinations.
'Za 'Za Abu Dhabi: What We Know
The upcoming outlet at Al Qana will be 'Za 'Za's first branch in Abu Dhabi. An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the expansion has already generated significant excitement among pizza fans across the UAE.
'Za 'Za built its following in Dubai by doing one thing exceptionally well: fresh, bold, New York-inspired pizza served by the slice. The concept strips away the frills and lets quality ingredients and big flavours do the talking.
The Menu
The Abu Dhabi menu is expected to mirror what made the Dubai branches such a hit. Signature pizzas include the Tricolore (tomato base, cheese blend, pink sauce, and pesto swirl), the House Margherita, The Pepp, and the Trafuto (truffle crema and confit garlic).
The standout creation is The Red — a hot honey pizza topped with stracciatella that blends sweet heat in a way that has made it one of the brand's most talked-about slices. For dessert, the Tres Leches Cake has become a firm favourite.
Walk-In Only — and the Queue Is Part of It
The Abu Dhabi venue is expected to reflect the same relaxed, contemporary urban pizzeria setting that defines the Dubai locations. 'Za 'Za operates on a walk-in-only policy, which regularly produces queues outside its Dubai doors. For regulars, the wait and the lively atmosphere have simply become part of the experience.
The Brand Behind the Brand
'Za 'Za was created by Table4Two Group, the Dubai hospitality company also behind popular concepts including Apollo and Rascals Deli. With a proven track record and a menu that already commands loyalty, the group's Abu Dhabi push positions 'Za 'Za as potentially one of the capital's most anticipated casual dining openings of the year.
