Bvlgari Resort Dubai has introduced La Terrazza, a new seasonal concept that brings an Italian-inspired summer experience to Jumeirah Bay Island. Running until 30 September 2026, the activation transforms Il Caffè into a Mediterranean-style destination designed around Italian food, culture, and relaxed waterfront living.

The La Terrazza experience is built around the theme of L'Estate Italiana — capturing the spirit of a traditional Italian summer. The space has been redesigned with floral fabrics, soft yellow accents, terracotta textures, citrus details, and layered greenery, creating the feel of an Italian summer house by the sea.
The terrace area has also been enclosed to ensure a comfortable setting during Dubai's summer months, while maintaining views of the marina and the waterfront surroundings.
Pizza Bar by Pier Daniele Seu
A key highlight of La Terrazza at Bvlgari Resort Dubai is the Pizza Bar by Pier Daniele Seu, where guests can watch pizzas crafted using his signature 30-hour matured dough and carefully selected Italian ingredients. The menu features Italian classics and rotating seasonal pizzas each month, concluding with his playful Pizza Dolce dessert.
Il Caffè earned recognition as the 16th best pizzeria in Asia Pacific by 50 Top Pizza 2025 — a distinction that adds serious culinary credentials to the La Terrazza experience.
Gelato by Three-Michelin-Starred Chef Niko Romito
Il Gelato by Chef Niko Romito — the three-Michelin-starred head of Reale and Bvlgari's curator chef — adds another layer to the experience. His gelato has moved from a kiosk to a traditional Italian cart service, with seasonal selections that include Gelato alla Mandorla di Noto e Fichi in July and Gianduja in August. Year-round favourites include Pistacchio, Nocciola, and Cioccolato.
The focus throughout is on natural ingredients and authentic Italian methods inspired by regional flavours.
FIFA World Cup 2026 Screenings
Beyond dining, La Terrazza will also serve as a social viewing destination during the FIFA World Cup 2026. Until 19 July 2026, guests can enjoy live match screenings with extended 24-hour operation during key tournament periods, alongside shisha service on the exterior terrace — combining sport, food, and marina views in one setting.
