Wynn Al Marjan Island has officially joined the Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts ahead of its highly anticipated spring 2027 launch. The $5.1 billion beachfront development in Ras Al Khaimah is being positioned as one of the most ambitious luxury hospitality projects in the Middle East — and this partnership places it in the company's most prestigious tier from the moment it opens.
A Resort Built at an Extraordinary Scale
Wynn Al Marjan Island is set on an island spanning more than 60 hectares in the Arabian Gulf, located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. The property's centrepiece is a 70-storey tower rising 352 metres, housing 1,530 guest accommodations — each offering panoramic water views.
Within the tower's upper floors sits the Enclave, a boutique hotel-within-a-hotel concept featuring 313 luxury suites designed for guests seeking an elevated tier of privacy and service.
Dining, Beach, and Marina
The resort will open with 22 restaurants and lounges, catering to a full spectrum of culinary experiences. Outside, a 420-metre stretch of white-sand beach anchors the beachfront, complemented by a beach club, multiple swimming pools, and a 98-berth deep-water marina.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art theatre, five-star spa with salon and fitness facilities, luxury retail, and Coral Court — a purpose-built venue for weddings, celebrations, and large-scale events.
What the Legend Collection Membership Means
The Legend Collection is the highest tier within the Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio, encompassing more than 100 landmark independent hotels worldwide that "set global standards for luxury and experiential travel."

Ras Al Khaimah's Luxury Tourism Push
The partnership reinforces Ras Al Khaimah's broader push to attract high-end international travellers. Wynn Al Marjan Island, developed by Wynn Design & Development alongside Marjan LLC, is expected to be a centrepiece of that strategy — bringing one of the world's most recognised casino and luxury resort brands to the UAE for the first time when it opens in spring 2027.
