Beyond Developments has announced the launch of Evermore, a Dh25 billion flagship masterplan set to rise on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah. Spanning more than 7 million square feet, the development marks the company's first fully integrated destination outside Dubai and its inaugural venture in the emirate.

The development will deliver panoramic sea views and outlooks across Marjan Beach's landscaped gardens, reinforcing its positioning as a premium coastal community.

Evermore is planned as a fully integrated environment combining residential, hospitality, and lifestyle components. According to the developer, the project is designed to enhance quality of life, privacy, and well-being through:
