Saudi Arabia-based, London-listed developer Dar Global has unveiled its Trump Tower Jeddah project — a partnership with The Trump Organization that marks the company's debut in the Saudi coastal city and its latest push into the kingdom's booming luxury real estate market.
Dar Global's First Jeddah Development
The Trump Tower Jeddah project is specifically aimed at the luxury segment and international investors. It represents Dar Global's first venture in the Jeddah market and strengthens its growing footprint across Saudi Arabia.
Dar Global, listed on the London Stock Exchange, currently has $5.9 billion worth of projects under development across six countries: UAE, Oman, Qatar, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Bosnia.
The partnership builds on the two companies' existing collaboration through Trump International Oman, which is part of the AIDA facilities — described as the largest global premium mixed-use real estate complex.
What the Leaders Said
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, highlighted the strategic importance of the announcement:
"It is our great pleasure to continue our cooperation with The Trump Organization and expand our presence by providing high-quality properties to revitalize the high-growth Saudi Arabia real estate market. This new agreement will leverage the strengths of both companies to attract more international investors and tourists. This partnership confirms our desire to deepen our presence in the region by setting new, higher standards of quality of living."
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, underscored the Middle East expansion:
"We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the Middle East and bring the Trump standard of luxury to the region through our longstanding relationship with Dar Global. Partnering with Dar Global reflects our commitment to creating iconic luxury developments of quality and style that meet the growing demand for premium real estate in key markets."
Targeting Saudi Arabia's Luxury Market
The Trump Tower Jeddah development targets both domestic Saudi audiences and foreign customers, combining premium materials and distinctive design. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 drive to attract international investment and elevate standards of urban living.
For Dar Global, landing in Jeddah consolidates its position in Saudi Arabia's real estate market following the success of its Oman project, which attracted over 100 expressions of interest within 24 hours of its February launch.
The venture is positioned to advance Saudi Arabia's luxury real estate market by offering a combination of premium materials, unique design, and world-class amenities — targeting both residents and international buyers seeking a foothold in the kingdom.
