Dar Global has announced a landmark alliance with The Trump Organization and Qatari Diar to develop the Trump International Golf Club, Doha — a world-class golf and residential destination located within the Simaisima masterplan on Qatar's eastern coastline, 40 kilometres north of Doha.
Project Overview: Simaisima's Centrepiece
The Trump International Golf Club, Doha will occupy 790,000 square metres within the broader 8 million square metre Simaisima coastal development. The project features an 18-hole Trump International Golf Course, a dedicated Trump Golf Clubhouse, and an exclusive collection of ultra-luxury beachfront villas offering direct views of both the fairways and the Arabian Gulf.
Simaisima: A Fully Integrated Lifestyle Destination
The wider Simaisima masterplan — led by Qatari Diar, the investment arm of Qatar's sovereign wealth fund — is designed to transform Qatar's eastern coastline into an integrated lifestyle destination. Key components include a 650,000 square metre theme park, a yacht marina, a beach club, hospitality and tourism zones, and a curated mix of dining and retail experiences.
What the Leaders Are Saying
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, highlighted the significance of the deal: "We are immensely proud to bring the Trump brand to Qatar through this exceptional collaboration with Dar Global. This debut marks an exciting new chapter in our global expansion, bringing our signature standard of excellence and world-class experiences to this dynamic market."
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, added that the partnership underscores the developer's commitment to premium coastal living: "The Trump brand's worldwide reputation joins our established capabilities in developing premium residences to enhance top coastal living standards in this area."
Dar Global's Regional Expansion
The Doha development is the latest in a series of high-profile regional projects for Dar Global. The company is simultaneously progressing its AIDA development in Oman and The Astera — Interiors by Aston Martin — in the UAE, cementing its position as one of the Gulf's most active luxury real estate developers.
