A new freehold residential project Maysan, developed by Abu Dhabi based Modon is an upscale residential community at Reem Island. Spanning over 600,000 square meters, the first phase introduces two distinct districts: Mayar and Thoraya villages occupying total of over 300 houses.
Mayar is planned to consist of the new housing typology in Abu Dhabi – 132 stacked maisonettes intended for horizontal integration with the nature and inside-outside living. Ibrahim Al Maghribi of Modon Real Estate Company CEO stressed that the project aims in delivering tangible success full of excitement and vitality to create well-planned projects.
Subsequent phases of Maysan will consist of villas, park district villas, and beach residences, all being large homes with three to five bedroom layouts. Maysan will be poised to be the new to-go place for families, working individuals, and investors who consider living in Abu Dhabi a luxury.
