- 10 functional fitness zones - 500 metres of running between each zone - A total of 5 kilometres of running across the course

Participants can register as individuals or compete in two-person teams. Categories include:
- Age Group divisions - Elite Men and Elite Women - Female, Male and Mixed Team heats
Elite competitors will also race for a cash prize pot, raising the stakes for top-performing athletes.
Spectator passes and a family wave are free, while entry fees for competitors start from Dhs320.
