Palazzo Versace Dubai Listed for $353M — Half Its Build Cost

The Palazzo Versace Dubai, a 478,000 sq ft luxury hotel in Al Jadaf, is up for auction at $353 million — well below its $626 million construction cost. The property, leased until March 2028, is being sold with land but without furniture or trade licenses.
