Dubai Lifestyle City Finds New Buyer After 2005 Launch

Dubai Lifestyle City, one of the legacy projects launched in Dubai in 2005, has finally found a new buyer after its 68 Dubailand plots were sold for Dh175.6 million at auction — the third major stalled asset from the mid-2000s boom to change hands.
