Radisson Blu Dubai Media City Sold for $54.5M
Select Group has acquired the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City for over AED 200m ($54.5M), setting the record for the highest hotel sale in the Media Free Zone. The deal was brokered by Knight Frank MENA and includes plans for a full property refurbishment.
