Burj Azizi, set to be one of the tallest buildings in the entire world, stands at whopping 725 meters short of Burj Khalifa’s 828 meters and it will undoubtedly change perception of luxury living and entertainment in the city.
The main attraction of this grand project is called the nightclub which will be located on the 126th floor of the skyscraper. It is not clear who currently holds record for the worlds highest nightclub but Privilege which is located in SLS at 75th floor is among the highest. The Burj Azizi nightclub located on the 126th floor would pretty much assuredly go head to head with the Burj Kahlifa collectively for the tallest in the world sky bar.
However, patrons should expect the best when it comes to entertainment as Burj Azizi will offer an array of services to entertain the clients. It will have many facilities including health and fitness club, swimming pools, sauna, and steam, theater, health club, grocery store, common area for the residents, Playing area for kids etc. , making it a complete lifestyle. For the leisure, there will be a luxury ballroom, beach club and a vertical mall covering seven floors will be made available for people to relax as they want.
The hotel will also feature the world’s highest hotel lobby on level 111, the highest observation deck in the world on the 148th floor and the highest restaurant of Dubai on the 123rd floor. Standing tall at 828 meters with the highest hotel room being on the 118th floor, the Burj Azizi will be billed as a new age ultra-luxury pillar in the middle of Dubai.
Mirwais Azizi the Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments has stated the importance of this project and how it will revolutionize Sheikh Zayed Road as well as taking Dubai’s skyline to new levels. The interior design of the building will consider seven leading cultures in the world while the project will represent true Dubai’s international outlook.
