Trump Tower Dubai and the first Trump Hotel in the emirate are set to open in 2025, bringing a Dh2 billion-plus landmark to Downtown Dubai through a partnership between Dar Global and the Trump Organization.
A New Icon for Downtown Dubai
The development will rise in Downtown Dubai, offering residents panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. Beyond the luxury residential apartments, the project introduces Dubai's first Trump Hotel alongside a members-only Trump Private Club, granting residents access to an exclusive range of facilities and premium services.
The project is slated for a Q2 2025 launch. While specific design details remain under wraps, it is positioned as a defining moment for the Trump brand in the UAE — combining elegance with state-of-the-art hospitality.
Dar Global and Trump Organization: A Growing Partnership
This marks the third collaboration between Dar Global and the Trump Organization. The two previously partnered on Trump Tower Jeddah — a 200-metre, 47-floor development comprising 500 luxury units across a world-class facility.
Dubai's Landmark Year Ahead
Trump Tower Dubai is one of several major projects shaping the city's skyline in 2025. Downtown Dubai will also see the opening of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, while Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts plans a beachfront expansion near Burj Al Arab. At Dubai Marina, Ciel — set to become the world's tallest hotel under the Vignette Collection — is also due to debut, further cementing Dubai's status as a premier global luxury destination.
With its bold architectural vision and unrivalled exclusivity, Trump Tower Dubai is poised to strengthen the emirate's position among the world's top real estate and hospitality markets.
