Global Village Dubai closed Season 29 with a record 10.5 million visitors — its highest attendance in the park's history and a jump above the previous season's milestone of 10 million guests. The result confirms the Dubailand attraction's standing as one of the world's most visited multicultural destinations.

Global Village Season 29 Sets a New Visitor Record

The record-breaking tally was announced as the season wrapped on May 19, 2025. Fernando Eiroa, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Entertainment, said: "Welcoming over 10.5 million guests this season reaffirms Global Village's position as one of the emirate's leading and most inclusive destinations."

The park's appeal lies in the scale and variety it offers under one roof. Season 29 showcased over 90 cultures across 30 international pavilions, letting visitors sample traditional arts, regional cuisines, and artisan crafts from around the globe in a single visit.

Record Entertainment: 40,000 Shows and 400 Performers

Beyond the pavilions, Season 29 delivered the most ambitious entertainment programme in the park's history. More than 400 performers took to the stages, producing over 40,000 shows throughout the season — spanning concerts, street acts, and cultural performances that drew guests back again and again.

The entertainment calendar was complemented by more than 200 rides and attractions, over 3,500 shopping outlets, and more than 250 dining options representing cuisines from every corner of the world.

What to Expect at Global Village Season 30

With Season 29 exceeding all expectations, Global Village is already planning new surprises and expanded experiences for its upcoming 30th anniversary season. The landmark milestone is expected to bring an even bigger programme, with new pavilions, entertainment formats, and attractions in the works.

The combination of cultural exchange, retail, dining, and live entertainment has made Global Village a cornerstone of Dubai's tourism strategy, drawing visitors from across the UAE and from international markets alike.
