Customer service staff and working teams are on high alert 24 hours a day — on hand to assist passengers, answer questions, and help travellers navigate the airport's smart services and innovative technologies with ease.
Logistical, health, and security measures have also been stepped up in line with the latest developments in the aviation sector. These upgrades are designed to ensure every guest experiences a secure, seamless, and modern journey through the terminal.

The SAA is asking all travellers to arrive at the airport at least three hours before their scheduled departure to avoid delays during the busy check-in and security period. Passengers are also advised to contact their airline directly to confirm flight times and stay informed of any last-minute schedule changes.
