A321LR Fleet Announcement
The business class sale comes shortly after Etihad unveiled its new Airbus A321LR cabin at the Arabian Travel Market in Abu Dhabi. The narrow-body aircraft brings the airline's signature widebody comfort — including lie-flat Business suites — to short and medium-haul routes.
Commercial operations for the A321LR are set to begin on August 1, 2025, with Phuket as the inaugural route. The carrier plans to receive ten of the new aircraft during 2025, part of a total order of 30 A321LRs, expanding travel options across the UAE and the wider region.
