What Is Electra Tower in JVC?
Electra Tower JVC is a new residential development by Acube Developments located in the established Jumeirah Village Circle community. The 38-floor tower will house 278 residential units, spanning studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2024, with handover targeted for Q2 2027.
