Dubai Premier Padel P1, the opening P1-level event of the new 25-tournament Premier Padel season, is coming to the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium. The tournament was announced under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council.
Tournament Overview
The Dubai Premier Padel P1 will be organized by Gallop Global Company and will feature 56 pairs competing in separate men's and women's draws. The total prize pool stands at €470,000 — equivalent to approximately AED 1.89 million — making it one of the most lucrative padel events to be hosted in the UAE.
The hosting agreement was signed between the UAE Padel Association (UAEPA), the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai Sports Council (DSC), Premier Padel, and Gallop Global.
Why Dubai for the Premier Padel P1?
Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Padel Association, highlighted the significance of the event: "This first edition of the Dubai Premier Padel P1 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor will boost the organization of more events in the country, following UAE leadership that has supported many padel events since the sport was formally introduced here in 2013."
H.E. Saeed Mohammed Hareb, Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, noted the rapid growth of the sport in the emirate. "Dubai Premier Padel P1 will give audiences a new way to watch high-level competition," he said, pointing to the growing number of participants, courts, and international contests in Dubai.

What Is Premier Padel?
Premier Padel is the top-tier professional padel tour sanctioned by the International Padel Federation (FIP). The P1 designation is the highest tournament category on the tour, sitting above P2 and Challenger events. Bringing a P1 event to Dubai signals the emirate's growing status as a global padel hub, building on years of investment in padel infrastructure and grassroots participation since 2013.
