Nad Al Sheba Mall is set to open its doors in April 2025, establishing itself as a 500,000 sq ft community retail hub in Dubai. Developed and operated by Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM), the mall will offer more than 100 stores spanning retail, dining, entertainment, fitness, and healthcare — serving residents of Meydan, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Majan.
What Is Nad Al Sheba Mall?
Nad Al Sheba Mall goes well beyond the typical shopping centre model. DHAM's Managing Director of Retail Destinations, Fareed Abdelrahman, described the project as a destination that "seamlessly blends modern convenience with community-centric experiences." The development is positioned as an all-inclusive community centre, merging shops, restaurants, gyms, and leisure spaces in one vibrant setting.
Retail, Dining, and Grocery at Nad Al Sheba Mall Dubai
Shoppers will find a curated mix of over 100 outlets. Grocery anchors include Spinneys and Union Coop, giving residents convenient everyday shopping close to home. On the dining side, popular concepts Home Bakery, Parkers, and SALT are among the confirmed food and beverage tenants.
Wellness and Fitness Facilities
One of the mall's headline features is its premium wellness offering. A rooftop gymnasium, swimming pool, and padel courts cater to health-conscious visitors. Dedicated fitness retailers Go Sport and Fit N Glam add to the active lifestyle credentials of the development.
Entertainment for Families
Families will find dedicated entertainment options at the mall. Fun City and Orange Wheels are confirmed as entertainment anchors, offering activities for children and younger visitors. The combination of retail, dining, and entertainment under one roof reinforces its position as a community destination.
Location and Parking
Located in the Nad Al Sheba neighbourhood, the mall is strategically positioned to serve communities in Meydan, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Majan. With more than 900 parking spaces, the venue is designed for easy, stress-free access. DHAM — which also operates Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall, and Dragon Mart — brings significant experience to the project.
Nad Al Sheba Mall's April 2025 opening adds a major new retail and lifestyle option to Dubai's rapidly expanding community mall landscape.
