Dubai is set for another magnificent skyscraper bearing the Trump brand. The Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai — developed by Saudi Arabian developer Dar Global in partnership with the Trump Organization — will rise 80 floors on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai.
Trump Tower Dubai: Project Overview
The Trump Tower Dubai project is planned as a five-star hotel and private residential complex, offering panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, the Arabian Gulf, and the wider Dubai skyline. This marks the second Trump-branded project in the UAE, following Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills.
Residences are expected to start from AED 2,700,000 (approximately USD 735,000), featuring one- to four-bedroom layouts with access to world-class lifestyle amenities. The tower will also include private lounges, personalized service, and what is set to be Dubai's highest outdoor pool.
Dar Global and the Trump Organization Partnership
Trump's organization will not invest in or sell properties in this development directly. Instead, the Trump brand and its name will be licensed to the project, while Dar Global — the Saudi Arabian developer behind Trump Tower Jeddah and Trump International Golf Club in Oman — handles construction and sales.
This collaboration represents the fifth between Dar Global and the Trump Organization, cementing the developer's position as the primary partner for Trump-branded luxury real estate across the Middle East.
Location and Design on Sheikh Zayed Road
The 350-metre tower will sit on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's most prestigious addresses and the main artery leading into Downtown Dubai. The location gives residents direct sightlines to the Burj Khalifa — the world's tallest building — as well as sweeping Gulf views.
More details on the tower's final design and interiors were expected during 2024, according to information available at the time of the project's announcement.
History of Trump-Branded Towers in Dubai
A previous Trump Tower proposal on Palm Jumeirah dates back to 2005, but that project was never built. Construction efforts on that earlier scheme came to a halt in 2009 and were never resumed.
The new Sheikh Zayed Road tower represents a fresh chapter for the Trump brand in Dubai, backed by a developer with a proven track record of delivering luxury projects across the Gulf region.
Dubai's Luxury Tower Pipeline
The Trump International Hotel & Tower is among several landmark high-rises currently taking shape across Dubai. Other major projects in the pipeline include One B Tower in Business Bay — a new luxury high-rise with a vantage point over the Dubai Water Canal — along with new residential towers in Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai offering resort-style living experiences.
Dubai's skyline continues to evolve rapidly, with the Trump Tower set to become one of its most recognizable new landmarks when completed.
