The STARZPLAY Original premiered on Wednesday, with two new episodes released weekly, featuring returning stars Ben Bandari, Rami Wahood, and Riad Gohar, alongside newcomers Sarah Serhan and Mai Khaled.

The new season lands during a record-breaking year for Dubai real estate. According to Dubai Land Department data, transactions reached approximately AED 431 billion in the first half of 2025, a 25 percent increase year-on-year. Over 94,000 investors completed deals worth AED 326 billion, while 59,000 entered the market for the first time. Q3 added more than 56,000 transactions valued above AED 138 billion.

The premiere was held at Aretha, St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, celebrating the show's depiction of high-stakes property deals and the pressures facing agents at the top of the market.
