Dubai has launched Creators HQ — a dedicated platform aimed at attracting 10,000 influencers and digital content creators to relocate to the emirate. The initiative debuted at the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2025, held across Emirates Towers, DIFC, and the Museum of the Future from January 11–13, 2025, and is backed by an AED 150 million Content Creators Support Fund.
A Hub Built for Content Creators
Creators HQ sits within the UAE's broader push to develop its digital creation ecosystem. The platform offers members help with company formation and registration, giving creators a clear path to building a sustainable enterprise in Dubai. With more than 300 events and workshops planned annually — covering branding, video production, audience growth, and monetization — the hub is designed to sharpen skills and open doors to global brand partnerships.
The initiative already counts 100 founding members from around 20 countries, and has secured partnerships with more than 15 leading global brands, including Meta, TikTok, X, Spotter, Creator Now, TubeFilter, Epidemic Sound, and the New Media Academy.
UAE Golden Visa Support for Long-Term Residency
One of the most attractive features of Creators HQ is access to UAE Golden Visa assistance. The Golden Visa allows influencers to live and work in the UAE for five to ten years without needing a national sponsor or going through periodic renewals — providing the kind of stability that makes building a long-term business in Dubai genuinely viable.
Visa-eligible creators can also sponsor their spouse, children, and employees, making the move practical for families and small creative teams alike.
Mentorship, Funding, and Creative Camps
Beyond residency support, Creators HQ offers creative camps, funding access, and peer-to-peer as well as senior mentorship programmes. Workshops focus on practical skills: branding strategy, video production techniques, audience building, and monetization. The platform is open to a wide range of creative professionals — social media influencers, digital content producers, podcasters, and visual artists.

UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mohammad Al Gergawi articulated the government's ambition at the summit: "Our primary objective is to facilitate access to content creators worldwide who come to the UAE to get backing support and market themselves."
