Most 14-year-olds are thinking about homework, video games, or what to eat after school. Jainam Jain is thinking about artificial intelligence, business growth, and building companies from one of the world's most iconic addresses.
The Dubai-based entrepreneur has already completed high school years ahead of schedule, founded an AI startup, co-founded a multi-sector holding company, and become one of the youngest business leaders attracting attention across the UAE.
His journey is another example of how Dubai continues to reward ambition, innovation, and entrepreneurship—regardless of age.
He Finished High School at Just 13
Born in Pune, India, and raised in Dubai from the age of five, Jainam began questioning traditional education while still in primary school.
At just 12 years old, he discovered that the Cambridge IGCSE pathway allowed students to sit examinations regardless of age if they were academically prepared. After finding a school willing to support the process, he completed his Grade 10 equivalent IGCSE examinations at only 13 years old—nearly three years ahead of schedule.
His younger sister, Jivika Jain, followed a similar path by completing the same milestone at just 10 years old.
Instead of pursuing the conventional higher secondary route, Jainam decided to focus entirely on entrepreneurship.
Building an AI Startup at 14
At 14, Jainam launched Mengo AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed to help businesses automate marketing, customer engagement, content creation, lead management, and sales workflows.
Rather than replacing business owners, Mengo AI is designed to function as an "AI co-founder," helping entrepreneurs save time while improving efficiency across multiple business functions.
Remarkably, Jainam has never taken a formal course in artificial intelligence.
Instead, he taught himself by experimenting with technology, watching educational videos, building products, and constantly learning through practice.
"I learned by experimenting, watching videos, building products, and staying curious," he says.
From Burj Khalifa to 1XL Holdings
Jainam is also the co-founder of 1XL Holdings, a Dubai-based multi-sector holding group established in 2025.
The company operates across multiple industries, including ecosystem companies, real estate development, business growth consulting, capital investments, and events.
Its registered office is located on the 141st floor of the Burj Khalifa, placing one of Dubai's youngest entrepreneurs inside one of the world's most recognised business addresses.
Dubai Helped Turn Big Ideas Into Reality
Jainam credits Dubai's startup ecosystem for accelerating his entrepreneurial journey.
According to him, the city provides access to mentors, investors, experienced founders, and networking opportunities that encourage innovation rather than discourage young entrepreneurs.
"The first question is usually not 'Why are you here?' but 'What are you building?'" he says.
That mindset helped shape his early career long before launching Mengo AI.
Speaking to Thousands Before Becoming a CEO
In 2022, Jainam and his sister challenged themselves to conduct 100 motivational sessions in 50 days with the goal of inspiring 50,000 people.
They exceeded their target by delivering 120 sessions across schools, colleges, NGOs, and community organisations throughout Maharashtra, travelling more than 6,000 kilometres while reaching over 50,000 people.
Both siblings are also TEDx speakers and have built a growing online community through educational content.
Their YouTube channel, JJ Fun Time, began with toy-unboxing videos before evolving into science, learning, and motivational content, eventually surpassing 100,000 subscribers.
