In 2017, Gulf News reported on free courses run by the Danube Welfare Centre with Jafza. The article identified Sana as a director of the centre and quoted her explaining how the programme grew from classes for Danube employees into training available to workers from other companies. English lessons, interview preparation and computer skills were among the subjects offered.
A follow-up Gulf News report in 2018 said the centre had six branches and named Sana among the directors carrying the project forward. It reported that more than 2,000 workers had improved their language, computer or professional skills through the free courses. Those dated figures describe the programme at the time; they are not presented here as its current total.
Art and community work
Sana told Dubai Post that she used proceeds from painting auctions to support children with special needs and awareness around thalassaemia. In the same interview, she explained the role art plays alongside her other work.
