The venue will launch alongside an entirely new restaurant concept called Hey Tiger, creating a two-floor destination built for dining, entertainment and nightlife.
A Double-Decker Night Out
The new Motor City Dubai venue will feature two completely different experiences under one roof.
The ground floor will be home to Brass Monkey, bringing back everything that made the brand a Dubai favourite. Guests can expect bowling lanes, arcade games, food, drinks and the social atmosphere that has helped turn Brass Monkey into one of the city's most recognisable entertainment destinations.
Upstairs is where things get interesting. Hey Tiger, a brand-new concept from Brass Monkey Hospitality, will take over the upper floor as a modern Asian social house focused on dining, music and shared experiences. The venue will feature an open kitchen, communal dining and an outdoor terrace designed for Dubai's cooler months.
Korean BBQ Is the Star of the Show
Hey Tiger's menu takes inspiration from across Asia, drawing influences from Japan, Korea, China and Southeast Asia.
Leading the kitchen is chef Prabin Tamang, whose previous experience includes acclaimed Dubai restaurants Mimi Kakushi and OKKU. The menu will feature:
