So how do you get in?
First, understand this: you don't apply casually. The Arts Club Dubai membership is selective, curated, and entirely reputation-driven.
Step 1: Get Sponsored
You'll need a Proposer and a Seconder — two existing members who vouch for you. Both must already be members of The Arts Club Dubai or The Arts Club London. This isn't a public sign-up; the club actively looks for individuals who bring influence, creativity, business power, or cultural value to its community.
No sponsor? You can still request a direct meeting with the membership team to apply in person.
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Once sponsored, your profile goes before the membership committee. They evaluate your professional standing, network, and whether you genuinely fit the club's global, high-calibre circle. A fresh crop of applicants is reviewed every month based on what the board believes each candidate will contribute.
Step 3: Be Patient — and Impressive
Approvals take time. The club isn't chasing numbers; it's protecting exclusivity. Think quality over quantity. A waiting list is standard, so patience is part of the process.
Step 4: Choose Your Membership Tier
The Arts Club Dubai offers four membership categories:
- Full Membership (30 and over): Dhs15,570 one-off joining fee + Dhs15,750 annual fee - Young Membership (under 30): Dhs7,785 joining fee + Dhs7,785 annual fee - Second Membership (spouse of a Full Member): No joining fee, Dhs7,785 annual fee - International Add-On: Extends access to The Arts Club in London and Los Angeles
