Sheikha Latifa highlighted that Emirati women have endeavored and created a sustainable future through their leading roles and determination, becoming great role models for generations to come.
"Today Emirati women have demonstrated their capability in managing all responsibilities, excel in generating opportunities as well as converting challenges into successful stories in all sectors at national, regional and international level," she said. "Emirati women are the treasure of the nation, nurturing a bright, promising next generation of leaders."

Her Highness also expressed deep respect for Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the Mother of the Nation. As Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, Sheikha Fatima has been instrumental in availing every possible opportunity for women to optimise their capacity across various fields.
Sheikha Latifa noted that the wise leadership of the UAE has developed a deliberate strategy on women's roles, freedoms, and opportunities — and their rightful place in the world.
