Dubai Municipality has reserved four public beaches exclusively for families during Eid Al Adha 2025, offering a safe and comfortable holiday experience at some of the city's most popular coastal spots.
Which Dubai Beaches Are Reserved for Families?
The four designated Dubai family beaches for Eid Al Adha 2025 are:
- Jumeirah 2 - Jumeirah 3 - Umm Suqeim 1 - Umm Suqeim 2
All four are managed and operated by Dubai Municipality. The initiative aims to regulate visitor numbers during the Eid holiday, when beach footfall typically surges across the city.
Safety and Security at the Beaches
To ensure the wellbeing of all visitors, Dubai Municipality has deployed a dedicated safety and rescue team of 126 qualified personnel equipped with modern tools and logistical equipment. The team is prepared to handle emergencies and maintain water safety oversight throughout the holiday.
An additional 100 field inspectors will be stationed along the designated beaches to manage crowd flow, traffic, and security, and to address any on-site issues promptly.
Why Dubai Municipality Is Prioritising Family Beach Access
By designating specific beaches for families, the Municipality aims to offer a more comfortable and secure recreational environment during one of the UAE's busiest public holidays. The authority emphasised its commitment to maintaining public beaches as high-quality spaces for both residents and tourists.
Strategic partners are cooperating with Dubai Municipality to ensure regular monitoring and upkeep of beach facilities throughout the Eid Al Adha period.
