Abu Dhabi's two most iconic island destinations — Yas Island and Saadiyat Island — are gearing up for the 53rd Eid Al Etihad with a packed lineup of cultural programmes, fireworks displays, dining deals, and family-friendly adventures. From December 1 to 4, residents and tourists can enjoy free entry to key attractions, exclusive discounts, and a wide range of entertainment.

Saadiyat Island: Culture and Emirati Craftsmanship

Manarat Al Saadiyat, in partnership with the Curated Playlist programme, is hosting an outdoor market and cultural events that put Emirati creativity front and centre. Visitors can explore:

- More than 70 brands, including 20 representing Emirati designers - Clothing and accessories, jewellery, cosmetics, and perfumes - Ready-to-wear fashion, children's wear, and luxury accessories

During the Eid Al Etihad celebrations, all facilities on Saadiyat Island will be open to the public for free from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. As part of the 'Culture for All' initiative, visitors can also explore Louvre Abu Dhabi at no charge, taking in its internationally celebrated collection of art and cultural artefacts.

Yas Island: Fireworks and Theme Park Celebrations

Yas Island promises a spectacular National Day experience centred on fireworks and entertainment. Highlights include:

- Fireworks displays at Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina Circuit on December 2 at 9:00 PM - Traditional Ayalla dance performances at Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, and CLYMB Abu Dhabi - Special discounts and seasonal passes across Yas Island hotels and attractions

Yas Waterworld is offering a seasonal pass that grants 90 days of unlimited visits for the price of a single entry ticket — an ideal option for families looking to make the most of the holiday period.

At Yas Marina Circuit, the action runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on December 2 and includes a UAE-themed car parade, karting competitions for children and adults, arts and crafts, live performances, traditional games, and food stalls — all culminating in a fireworks show at 9:00 PM.

Plan Your Visit

Whether you are drawn to the cultural depth of Saadiyat Island or the high-energy theme parks and waterfront fireworks on Yas Island, the 53rd Eid Al Etihad celebrations across both destinations offer something for everyone. Free entry, seasonal deals, and a festive atmosphere make this one of Abu Dhabi's most memorable National Day weekends.
