Beginning October 19, 2024, and running once a month throughout Dubai's cooler months, the Breakfast Club Series invites early risers to experience fine dining at altitude. Guests are collected from Dubai Outlet Mall in the early morning hours and transferred to the desert, where a pre-flight drone show kicks off the adventure before the balloon lifts off.
Once airborne and soaring above the dunes, guests are served carefully curated breakfast snacks and drinks from rotating culinary partners — a different restaurant or cafe featured every month.
The Monthly Culinary Lineup
The inaugural session on October 19 features Nightjar Coffee Roasters, well known across Dubai for their distinctive coffee beverages and hearty breakfast offerings. Expect a bold English breakfast muffin paired with a refreshing cold brew tonic — served at sunrise altitude.
In November, acclaimed chef Shaw Lash of Lila Molino brings Mexican cuisine to the sky, with empanadas, tamales, and house-roasted coffee served before and during the flight.
December welcomes Balkan bistro 21grams, whose sky-high menu includes phyllo pie bites, a Balkan-inspired frittata with smoked labneh, homemade bread, and hibiscus strawberry iced tea.
