Air Arabia has announced it will launch a daily non-stop service between Sharjah International Airport and Václav Havel Airport Prague effective December 20, 2025 — restoring direct air connectivity between the UAE and the Czech Republic after a five-year hiatus. The route gives passengers travelling between the two countries a convenient, everyday direct link without the need for a layover.
Air Arabia Sharjah–Prague Route Details
The new Air Arabia Sharjah–Prague flights will operate daily on the carrier's Airbus A320neo aircraft, covering the approximately 4,470-kilometre route. To celebrate the launch, Air Arabia offered promotional one-way fares starting from Dh149, available for bookings made between June 30 and July 6, 2025.
Passengers can book tickets through Air Arabia's official website, its customer call centre, or authorised travel agents. On board, travellers can access SkyTime — the airline's in-flight streaming service — and SkyCafe, the in-flight dining menu.

Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, said the airline is delighted to add Prague to its European network. "Prague is a culturally rich, historically significant and architecturally beautiful city," he said, noting that the new route aligns with Air Arabia's strategy to provide affordable and seamless connectivity between the UAE and Central Europe while boosting bilateral tourism and business ties.

The Prague route further extends Air Arabia's European footprint. The carrier already operates flights from Sharjah to Vienna, Athens, Krakow, Warsaw (Chopin and Modlin airports), and Milan Bergamo. Passengers connecting through Sharjah can also reach destinations across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Air Rewards Loyalty Programme
Frequent flyers on the new Sharjah–Prague flights can earn and redeem points through Air Arabia's Air Rewards loyalty programme, which covers flights and a range of partner services.
