Mall of Emirates new openings are about to reshape one of Dubai’s busiest shopping destinations. As part of its ongoing Dhs5 billion transformation, the mall is adding five names genuinely worth watching. Primark is opening its third Dubai branch, On Cloud is launching its first standalone Middle East store, The Hangout is joining as a fresh concept, Parker’s is expanding again, and La Maison Ani is opening a second Dubai location.
If you have not been watching Mall of the Emirates closely, now is the time.
Primark Is Making It Three for Three in Dubai

After record-breaking opening crowds at Dubai Mall on March 26 and a buzzing second launch at City Centre Mirdif on April 9, Primark is completing its Dubai rollout at Mall of the Emirates. The third store is expected to open in May, with the exact date yet to be announced, and it is expected before the Eid Al Adha break.
The Mall of the Emirates location is part of an ongoing rollout by Primark and Alshaya Group, which will also see the brand expand into Bahrain and Qatar later in 2026.
Shoppers can expect the same full-range format as the other two branches, with womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, homeware, and beauty on offer. Prices remain consistent across all three Dubai locations, keeping the brand’s affordable positioning intact.

Swiss performance brand On, best known for its CloudTec-soled running shoes and growing lifestyle range, is set to open its first standalone retail location in the Middle East at Mall of the Emirates. While On products are currently stocked at select multi-brand retailers across the UAE, this will be the brand’s first direct-to-consumer store in the region.
On has been aggressively expanding its retail presence internationally, with flagship stores already open in Paris and Milan. Mall of the Emirates marks its next step into a market where the brand already has a strong following.
The Hangout, Parker’s, and La Maison Ani Join the Lineup
Three more names are headed to the mall, spanning food, dining, and experience.
The Hangout is a new destination concept joining the Mall of the Emirates. Full details on the concept have not yet been released, but it is positioned as a fresh addition to the mall’s growing entertainment and lifestyle offering.

Parker’s, the homegrown Dubai brand under The Independent Food Company, is bringing its playful, globally-inspired dining concept to Mall of the Emirates. The brand launched as a pop-up at Al Khazan Park in 2015 and has since grown into a multi-location concept known for nostalgic, crowd-pleasing food in social, welcoming spaces. It currently has locations at Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, and Nad Al Sheba Mall.

La Maison Ani, the French-Mediterranean brasserie by Chef Izu Ani, is opening a second Dubai location at Mall of the Emirates. The concept covers all-day French dining, from morning artisanal bread and pastries through casual lunches in its botanical conservatory to elegant brasserie dinners in the evening. La Maison Ani The original is a fixture at Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue.
What to Expect
Mall of the Emirates is clearly in a different phase right now. The Primark opening alone is expected to draw the same kind of crowds seen at the Dubai Mall and Mirdif launches. Add a regional first like On Cloud’s standalone store to the mix, alongside established names like La Maison Ani and Parker’s, and this is shaping up to be one of the more eventful mall seasons the city has seen in a while.
No official opening dates have been confirmed for The Hangout, Parker’s, La Maison Ani, or On Cloud at Mall of the Emirates. Watch the mall’s official channels for updates.
