Shaikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi will officially open the Women Excellence Awards 2024 and deliver the keynote address. As the first woman ever appointed to a ministerial position in the United Arab Emirates, her presence lends powerful symbolic weight to an event that celebrates female achievement across professional sectors.
Emphasising the importance of collaboration in shaping an inclusive future, Shaikha Lubna has consistently championed women's role in UAE governance and economic life. She also highlighted the growing confidence in the position taken by Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak — widely known as the Mother of the Nation — and the UAE leadership's support for women's entrepreneurship and growth.
