The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has revealed plans to integrate drone and AI technology into its housing projects — a strategic move to drive innovation, improve sustainability, and bring Dubai closer to its smart city ambitions.

By collaborating with leading global technology companies, MBRHE is ensuring its drone and AI solutions meet international standards. The technology will be used to monitor housing projects, manage assets, and deliver AI-enabled services that align with the UAE's national digital transformation strategy.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will supervise construction activity at residential sites, verifying compliance with work plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
