DUBAI, UAE, 28 October 2026 – Visitors to MANGOBOT’s stand at the Dubai AI Festival held multilingual conversations with a concierge humanoid, explored potential uses for a quadruped robot and watched a compact entertainment humanoid engage the crowd. Together, the three robots demonstrated how different formats can serve different business needs.

The Dubai-based AI and robotics company presented an approach centred on the intended application, matching the robot, compatible equipment and interaction to the environment in which it will operate.

Multilingual support for guest-facing teams

MANGOBOT’s concierge humanoid welcomed festival visitors, answered questions and held conversations in multiple languages, demonstrating an application relevant to Dubai’s international population and visitor economy.

For hotels, airports, malls and government service centres, potential roles include greeting guests, answering frequently asked questions and providing directions. Conversation content can be tailored to the organisation, helping visitors access relevant information while supporting service teams.

Adaptable equipment for operational tasks

MANGOBOT also introduced visitors to its quadruped robot and the range of tasks that compatible mounted equipment could enable.

Potential configurations include cameras for inspection and monitoring, or equipment carriers for transporting supplies. Its ability to navigate uneven ground opens possibilities for environments where wheeled platforms may face limitations, including industrial facilities and construction sites.

The team also discussed emergency-support concepts, such as carrying first-aid supplies or firefighting equipment, with suitability dependent on the payload, operating environment and application testing.

Entertainment that invites participation

A compact entertainment humanoid attracted visitors through movement and interaction, demonstrating how robotics can become part of an audience experience.

For retail destinations, family attractions, brand activations and live events, these interactions offer opportunities to encourage participation and create memorable encounters with a brand or venue.

“Every business has its own challenges, so we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all robots,” said Seif Emara, Business Development Director at MANGOBOT. “Seeing attendees light up when our concierge spoke to them in their own language was the best proof of what we’re building.”

The showcase gave businesses an opportunity to experience the robots first-hand and discuss which applications could be relevant to their customers, teams and operations.
