In its initial rollout, the assistant offers 108 HR services, spanning everything from leave requests to legal inquiries. Key capabilities include:

The assistant runs on AI Agents — a sophisticated platform capable of processing procedures and completing tasks autonomously. It draws on the Bayanati federal HR information system, providing real-time insights and personalized answers tailored to each employee's profile. Employees can access the tool 24/7 through the FAHR website (www.fahr.gov.ae) and the FAHR smart app, from any location.

Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and the Future and Chairwoman of FAHR, described the launch as a landmark achievement aligned with the UAE's leadership directives.
