After years of speculation, Primark Dubai is finally confirmed. The Irish budget fashion retailer is opening three flagship stores in spring 2026, with locations at Dubai Mall, City Centre Mirdif, and Mall of the Emirates. Alshaya Group CEO John Hadden broke the news live on Virgin Radio Dubai's Kris Fade Show — and the response from residents has been electric ever since.

Where Will Primark Open in Dubai?

All three Primark Dubai stores are slated to open within the first quarter of 2026:

- Dubai Mall — lower ground floor, next to Morelli's Gelato - City Centre Mirdif - Mall of the Emirates

Dubai will become the second country in the Gulf to host the brand, following the first regional Primark at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait, which opened in October 2025.

What Will Primark Prices Be in Dubai?

Fans of the brand will be relieved to hear that Primark's signature low prices carry across to the UAE. According to Alshaya Group CEO John Hadden:

- Jeans from AED 50 - Basic t-shirts from AED 15

Hadden was barely able to contain his excitement when he confirmed it: "Price is the same. I'm so excited I can't sustain it. It's just brilliant."

Shoppers can expect the same budget-friendly deals that made the brand a phenomenon across Europe and the United States.

What Does Primark Sell?

Founded in Dublin, Ireland, under the name Penneys, Primark has been trading for 55 years. It now operates in 17 countries and stocks a wide range:

- Womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear - Home furnishings and décor - Accessories, cosmetics, and footwear

Known for constantly refreshed collections at rock-bottom prices, Primark has earned its reputation as a go-to destination for shoppers who want trendy styles without breaking the bank. With three stores landing in Dubai this spring, residents can finally experience the brand's "grown-up treasure hunt" atmosphere firsthand — whether you're after fashion, homeware, or a novelty gift, all under one roof.
