Talabat acquired the entire InstaShop business from Delivery Hero SE through a $32 million purchase for greater grocery and retail service operation in the MENA region. The purchase of this deal through Talabat internal cash reserves finished on February 25 2025.
Talabat keeps InstaShop as an autonomous entity within its grocery and retail verticals after the acquisition.
