The famous Bangladeshi singer, actor and TV host Tahsan Khan formally got married to Umme Habiba Roza popularly known as Roza Ahmed who is a popular bridal makeup artist and businessman and living in New York. The news which Tahsan wanted to disclose publicly was disclosed soon after their wedding on Saturday morning.
The couple’s pre-wedding rituals, which began with Gaye Holud that took place on Friday, sparked a lot of debate on social media once pictures of the two love birds surfaced on the social scene. People subjected facebook to pressures by posting congratulatory messages just waiting for a word from the artist himself. Tahsan finally spoke on Saturday evening after the commitment rite was done during the day as per family circles, only family members were present.
Tahsan told Prothom Alo at his wedding reception “Indeed the wedding was held today and the members of two families were present.” We tied the knot today. Say a prayer for us so that I and my future spouse can steward this connection well.”
Roza Ahmed hails from the Barishal in Bangladesh and has over three years make up experience and is a professional bridal make up artist living in New York. Also, she runs Roza’s Bridal Makeover, a beautiful business that is so popular. Being focused on awakening the spirit of the women, Roza intends to proceed to Bangladesh and she is all set to conduct a two days master class for bridal makeup in Dhaka this January.
Tahsan continues to be extremely involved in his music and acting careers, traveling between Bangladesh and United States. He recently featured in a Hollywood music video for his track “Bhule Jabo” is working on 12 other tracks currently.
The protagonists’ storyline can be traced back to the level of friends who eventually developed affection for one another. Altogether, looking back to the day we first met it has been quite a while, Tahsan said. We began conversing from there and sometimes in the year, agreed on marrying.
